摘要
Chronic low back pain is a common worldwide high disabling physical and mental problem. The mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) , a psychotherapy based on mindfulness, is widely recommended for chronic low back pain as a non-drug therapy. This article reviews the basic concepts, training methods of MBSR and the effects related to the improvement of pain related physiological and reactive behavior in patients with chronic low back pain, and analyses the problems that exist in the process of implementation in order to provide a basis for future clinical application.
