摘要
Clinical Implications Previous research indicated that antibiotics and NSAIDs are key drug categories associated with anaphylaxis in children. However, this study suggests that monoclonal antibodies have emerged as a leading category of drugs reported to the FDA as causing "anaphylaxis" in children. It remains unclear how many of these reports are common-infusion-related reactions rather than true anaphylaxis.
