摘要
Nowadays, warehousing has played an important role in the logistics system, and it’s known as one of the important pillars to support the logistics activities. It’s significant to improve warehouse layout due to it can enhance service quality and reduce cost. With higher and higher requirements for fresh products, a series of problems emerge in the whole process of purchasing, warehousing and distribution of fresh products. Because most fresh products are easy to corrode, products can’t be cross-stored, and they also need to be delivered in time, that they have high requirements for their storage environment and layout. To realize the reasonable warehousing layout of fresh products, for the problems such as unreasonable layout in warehouse, a planning method is proposed, which is based on EIQ-ABC analysis and the systematic layout planning (SLP). EIQ analysis is conducted on the history data to find out the characteristics of shipment quantities and frequencies of goods. ABC classification of products is conducted and the shipment requirements of goods are determined. Then applying SLP to get the levels of closeness relationships of different goods to ensure the relative positioning requirements of goods. The last result shows that the new plan got by EIQ-ABC and SLP can reduce goods’ handing distance and the shipping time, improve the customers’ satisfaction.
