Diagnosis techniques on contact electrical endurance of high voltage circuit breakers

A method is introduced to diagnose the contact electrical endurance of high-voltage circuit breakers in this paper. Compared with the traditional methods, this method, which is based on a new device, reflects the contact electrical endurance more realistically.
