摘要
The U.K. was among the first Western countries to introduce media convergence. Back in 2009, the British government proposed the strategy of “Digital Britain”. The strategy has become the guiding principle for British media convergence, and its goal is to turn the U.K. into a global digital capital with the championing of media infrastructure renewal and the adoption of emerging digital technology.
