摘要
Objective:To investigate the inhibitory effects of 12 non-paclitaxel-type taxoids from Taxus cuspidate on the proliferation of human lung cancer cells,and explore the structure-activity relationship.Methods:The inhibitory effect of 12 non paclitaxel-type taxoids from Taxus cuspidate on the proliferation of 5 kinds of human lung cancer cells(A549,RERF-LC-KJ,QG-56,PC-6 and QG-90)were detected using MTT assay.Results:Taxinine,2α,and 10β-diacetyl-5-cinnamoyl phototaxicin Ⅱ had significant effects on the proliferation of 5 human lung cancer cell lines.Other 10 compounds had no effects.Conclusion:The anti-tumor activities of non paclitaxel-type taxoids are closely related with the skeleton type of taxane,especially the existence of C-5 cinnamic acyl side chain.
