摘要
In organic chemistry, organic synthesis is a special branch of chemical synthesis. Chemical synthesis is a fundamental concept, which is usually expressed in the physical and chemical manipulation of reactions, starting with the selection of reagents and ending with the production of reactants. Organic synthesis is also similar, but it is worth noting that the conditions for the construction of organic molecules by various organic reactions are often more complex in terms of structure, including functional groups, polycyclic structures, stereoselectivity and other structural issues. Under the conditions of organic synthesis, "retrosynthesis" is an important method to solve its synthetic routes, which are simpler and easier to design and conceptualize than organic synthesis, total synthesis and asymmetric synthesis under the influence of many reaction mechanisms, concepts and factors. Therefore, we will explain in detail the feasibility, convenience, and applicability of the retrosynthesis routes through five aspects: background, concepts, factors, terms, and mechanisms of retrosynthesis analysis.
