摘要
An approximate analytical solution, based on basic equations of gas-solid reactions, is proposed to describe the sulphur capture by calcium based sorbents, and their catalytic effects on NOX formation in FBC. The model is tested by experimental data obtained in both TGA and FBC units from literature. The model can well predict the optimal temperature for sulphur retention and the interactions between sulphur retention and NOX emissions from FBC.
