Objective:To compare intestinal flora between type 2 diabetes patient and normal people,to explore the relation between intestinal flora and type 2 diabetes.Method:We collected the feces of 30 patients with type 2 diabetes(fasting blood-glucose concentration11.1mmoL/L,10 cases;fasting blood-glucose concentration9.0mmoL/L,20 cases) and 20 normal population, then a quantitative analysis on enterobacteriaceae, enterococcus, bifidobacterium, bacteroides, lactobacillus and yeast was made.Result:Enterobacteriaceae was increased while bifidobacterium, bacteroides was decreased in feces of patient, the change was more significant in the patients with fasting blood-glucose concentration11.1mmoL/L,at the same time, the yeast was increased in 10 cases. Conclusion:The intestinal flora is disturbed in patients with type 2 diabetes, and there is a possible relationship between flora imbalance and blood-glucose concentration.
