摘要
This paper proposes a design framework which aims at solving some key issues still existing in the field of deep-sea emergency response, such as lack of monitoring data on the operation site, ineffectiveness of locating and searching, low intelligence of situational analysis and decision-making process, insufficient technical cooperation guarantee during operation process. This solution integrates technologies of real-time monitoring of key data at the scene of deep-sea rescue and salvage operations, integration of multi-source information, collaborative search and positioning of underwater targets, real-time analysis of deep-sea emergency data, intelligent scenario parsing, intelligent auxiliary decision support for emergency response and phased array antenna beamforming and 5G for marine communication. Through the sea trial, it shows that the system has the functions of hierarchical response, autonomous judgment and auxiliary decision-making. It can be deployed on the deep-sea salvage operation ships and shore-based command center to improve the SAR and dispatch level of deep-sea emergency response.
