Hierarchical 3D Zn–Ni–P nanosheet arrays as an advanced electrode for high-performance all-solid-state asymmetric supercapacitors

A hierarchical 3D Zn–Ni–P nanosheet arrays based all-solid-state ASC exhibits an excellent energy density of ∼90.12 W h kg⁻¹ at 0.61 kW kg⁻¹, power density of ∼8.77 kW kg⁻¹ at 65.83 W h kg⁻¹, and extraordinary cycling stability of ∼93.05% capacitance retention after 20 000 cycles.
