摘要
The production mode of the manufacturing workshop belongs to the typical discrete production, and the workshop layout problem is the basic problem in the manufacturing system, which has a great and continuous impact on the production efficiency of the enterprise. In this paper, based on the field investigation of the production workshop of the manufacturing enterprise, combined with the analysis of the current situation of material handling, through the construction of a multi-objective mathematical model and the use of genetic algorithm to determine the optimal workshop facility layout scheme and material handling route scheme under the actual constraints, through the appropriate optimization of the manufacturing workshop facility layout, the logistics transportation cost is reduced, and the purpose of enterprise cost reduction and efficiency increase is achieved.
