摘要
Abstract A benzothiazole fluorescent probe (probe 1 ) was developed for the determination of carboxylesterase and carbamate pesticides. The probe used benzothiazole as the fluorescent group and chlorophenyl acetate as the recognition group. The recognition mechanism of probe 1 for carboxylesterase was based on the enzymatic hydrolysis of chlorophenyl acetate by carboxylesterase. The solution of probe 1 gradually changed from light blue to dark blue as the concentration of carbamate pesticide increased. Probe 1 could detect the concentration of carbamate pesticide based on the linear functional relationship between the R/B*G (red, blue, green) value of the probe 1 solution photo and the concentration of carbaryl without professional personnel and equipment. Additionally, probe 1 was successfully used to detect the concentration of carbaryl in actual samples based on the curve function relationship between the fluorescence intensity of probe 1 at 434 nm and the concentration of carbaryl.
