Content Determination of Quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucose-7-O-β-D-gentiobioside in Xiaoer Qingfei Huatan Oral Solution by RP-HPLC

OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucose-7-O-β-D-gentiobioside in Xiaoer qingfei huatan oral solution.METHODS: RP-HPLC method was established.The chromatographic column was Diamonsil-C18 column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% acetic acid(9 ∶ 91)at flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 260 nm and column temperature was 25 ℃.The injection volume was 10 μL.RESULTS: The linear range of quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucose-7-O-β-D-gentiobioside was 5～60 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 104.2%(RSD=0.65%,n=6).CONCLUSION: The method is well-separated,sensitive and accurate for the quality control of Xiaoer qingfei huatan oral solution.
