摘要
Pinus armandii Franch is a dominant plantation species in northwest China, which is deemed as an important wood bioresource. However, the micromolecule of Pinus armandii Franch is currently not fully utilized. In this study, the micromolecule of extracts and pyrolysis products of Pinus armandii Franch were studied for its active molecular compounds have a good prospect of development and application. The results suggested that Pinus armandii Franch is rich in natural product active molecules and bio-oil and consists of at least 5–10 wt% extracts. The methanol, ethanol, methanol/ethanol extract, and pyrolysis products of Pinus armandii Franch mainly contain aromatic, aliphatic, alkanes, aldehydes, ketones, carboxylic acids and ester compounds. In addition, different extraction methods are beneficial to obtain more types of natural chemical compositions, such as 4′-methoxy-2-hydroxystilbene, 7,8-dihydro-2,4 (1h,3h)-pteridinedione, 9h-pyrido [3,4-b] indole,7-methoxy-1,9-dimethyl- and others, which are also abundant in Pinus armandii Franch. These natural product active molecules and bio-oil as high-grade raw resources could be used as drugs and biomedical active ingredients to develop and utilize in the biological medicine industry, including anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, and anti-HIV treatments. • Studied the molecules of wood extractives and pyrolysis products of P. armandii wood. • The extract and pyrolysis products of P. armandii wood mainly contained aromatic, aliphatic, alkanes, ester compounds, etc. • The main natural product active molecules of P. armandii wood could be used as drugs and biomedical active ingredients.
