摘要
Tungsten-based materials are considered to be one of the most promising plasma-facing materials, but there are still many problems in practical application. Plasma-facing materials are subjected to the multi-field coupling effect of thermal shock and multiple radiations, which requires tungsten-based materials to have not only good mechanical properties but also certain resistance to irradiation. This paper analyzes the damage condition of tungsten and introduces the research on tungsten material strengthening by researchers in recent years from the aspects of solid solution alloying, dispersion strengthening, and fiber strengthening, and the future research trends. So far, fiber strengthening has just started and still needs a lot of research, especially its ability to resist irradiation.
