Abstract Biostimulants are in great demand to satisfy the agriculture sector. The conventional use of chemicals as fertilizers and pesticides is evidencing harsh environmental implications on soil, water, and air. Amidst such a situation, biostimulants have emerged as a synergistic solution to various problems of crop production. Crops encounter stresses of salinity, high temperature water scarcity, etc. and their nutrient uptake ability is also decreasing. On the other hand, the soil is becoming nutrient deficient with poor microbiome. Biostimulants are used to empower both the plant absorption and the microbiome. In addition, they supply a variety of products to enrich the soil directly. This chapter deals with the composition and their major remediations on the Plant-microbiome interactions, which leads to high productivity due to promising improved plant health.
