摘要
We report here a random lasing from the dye-doped media with the lnP/ZnS quantum dots. The lnP/ZnS quantum dots assistant optical feedback for random lasing emission through multiple scattering centers. Changing the energies of pump, the tunable lasing operation ranging from single photoluminescence mode to many lasing modes. The tunability of the central wavelength is realized by altering the constraint structure of the devices, and the wavelength ranges are changed from 600 nm to 635 nm. Besides, it is the first time, our quantum dots liquid crystal random lasers design holds great potential for the liquid crystal display of lasers, as well as for the promising material of liquid crystal lasers.
