Application of DM series anti-yellowing agents to polyamide fabric

Heat setting process of polyamide fabric was carried out with DM-2915 anti-thermal yellowing agent and DM-2903 anti-phenol yellowing agent.The effect of dosage of anti-yellowing agent,pH value,curing time and temperature on yellowing was analyzed.The application conditions were optimized as follows: DM-2915 5 g/L,curing at 200 ℃ for 60 seconds of pre-setting process;DM-2903 40 g/L,curing at 180 ℃ for 30 seconds and pH value 4.5 of post setting process.The yellowing of treated fabric was deceased.Its anti-yellowing index reached 4 degree.
