摘要
With cellulosic ethanol lignin,phenol and formaldehyde as raw material,NaOH as catalyst,the cellulose ethanol lignin modified phenolic resin adhesive was prepared,the technology of alternative lignin phenol and effect on the performance of the adhesive were studied.The study found that:when the replacement rate is 30%,cellulose ethanol lignin modified phenolic resin adhesive's bond strength can meet the requirements of national I class board;formaldehyde release can achieve E_0 level,and with low cost,good bonding strength,low toxicity,environmental protection,it can be widely used in preparation of outdoor wood-based panel.
