摘要
Abstract A novel diterpene, named effusenone A ( 1a ), which is the first reported rosane‐type diterpene from a Juncaceae plant, and three novel phenolic compounds, 5‐(hydroxymethyl)‐1‐methylphenanthrene‐2,7‐diol ( 4 ), 1‐methylpyrene‐2,7‐diol ( 5 ), and 7‐methoxy‐8‐methylpyren‐2‐ol ( 6 ) were isolated from the stem of Juncus effusus L. by normal‐phase and reversed‐phase silica gel column chromatography. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods, especially 2D‐NMR techniques.
