摘要
A highly competitive ZT ave of 1.23 from 303 K to 523 K is achieved in (Bi, Sb) 2 Te 3 by composition regulation. An efficiency of 10.5% and a power density of 0.53 W cm −2 under a Δ T of 380 K are achieved in (Bi, Sb) 2 Te 3 /Mg 3 (Bi, Sb) 2 segmented modules.
