Improvement of surface temperature control system based on fuzzy adaptive PID algorithm

The thermostatic control system of traditional dough mixer has weak adaptive ability and large overshoot. In order to improve the self-adjusting ability of the constant temperature control system of the dough mixer, we have carried out many experimental analyses and finally come to the conclusion that the fuzzy self-adaptive PID algorithm can effectively improve the constant temperature system of the dough mixer.
