摘要
The Zn2+,Mn2+,Cu2+ in the waste water were removed by Saccharomyces cerevisiae.The preparation reagent,adsorption temperature,adsorption solution pH and soaking time to the heavy metal ions were studied in this paper.The orthogonal experiment showed that the major factors to affect the adsorption capacity were acidity and pretreatment reagent,the farther investigation was to examine the factors affected adsorption of Saccharomyces cerevisiae to heavy metals ions Zn2+,Mn2+,Cu2+.These factors included pH values,initial concentration,adsorption time and ionic strength.The results indicated that the optimum adsorption condition was pretreatments of biomass was 2 hours with NaOH and pH values was 5-6.The sorption process was in accordance with Langmuir(exe),Freundlich and Temkin isotherm.Elovich Equation was the best model for Saccharomyces cerevisiae adsorbed heavy metals ions.
