Carbon monoxide (CO) has emerged as a promising therapeutic agent, yet ensuring safe and precise CO delivery remains challenging. Here, we report a removable hydrogel-forming microneedle (MN) reactor for CO delivery via photocatalysis, with an emphasis on chemosensitization.
