摘要
Nanocrystalline flakes of FeSi alloy were synthesized by atomization process and high energy ball milling. The effect of process conditions on the microstructure, morphology and microwave electromagnetic characteristics of FeSi particles were investigated. The results show that flaky morphology and nanocrystalline microstructure remarkably improved the microwave permeability and the permittivity are controlled effectively. The sequent annealing improved further the microwave electromagnetic performances. The coating layer made of the nanocrystalline FeSi flakes have good microwave absorbing ability at 4 GHz microwave range.
