摘要
The design of the existing unboxing machine needs to refer to the field environment to assist the assembly, and it also takes a lot of time to debug the equipment, so the virtual debugging technology can save the time and reduce the risk of the actual debugging. The modeling module of NX software was used to build the unboxing machine model, and the simulation parameters were set up in the electromechanical concept design module to establish the TCP communication between the virtual PLC in PLCSIM Advanced and the 3D model in the electromechanical concept design module. It verifies the rationality of designing the unboxing machine solution in NX and the feasibility of virtual debugging in the MCD module, which provides an auxiliary means for the design and debugging of production lines and promotes the development of industrial automation.
