Cardiac MRI provides comprehensive insights into orthotopic heart transplant (OHT) allograft structure and function with advanced tissue characterization and quantitative myocardial perfusion techniques and can be considered a complementary noninvasive tool for investigation and monitoring of major complications that limit the durability of OHT.
