摘要
The purpose of this paper is how to improve the fabrication precision and evaluate the fabrication precision of part built by selective laser melting(SLM),the affecting discipline of laser focus,slicing thickness and overlap rate on fabrication precision of part was analyzed,some methods which meet the needs of part capability,machining efficiency and improving precision were conducted,and a precision evaluation method was present to avoid some shortages of normal method in this paper.The evaluation method is reverse engineering which is processed by using RANGE7 and RAPID FORM software and hardware,and is checked by the evaluation of partial removable denture framework.The results show: the main factors affecting fabrication precision are the diameter of laser focus,slicing thickness,and the fabrication and moving precision of powder coating device,and the reverse engineering evaluation method is easy to operate,high evaluation efficiency and accuracy on the metal part made by SLM.
