摘要
Abstract An efficient and easily managed protocol was developed for the synthesis of 2‐aryl‐substituted benzoxazoles by using a copper‐catalyzed C−H arylation reaction between benzoxazole derivatives and in situ generated aryl diazonium salts. Under the optimized conditions, a wide variety of products were selectively obtained in moderate to good yields. Diphenylamine and 2,3′‐bipyridine were also obtained under the same reaction conditions by employing aniline and pyridin‐3‐amine, respectively, as the sole starting material.
