摘要
In this paper, 10 corrugated-web partially encased composite (PEC) column specimens were designed, and push-out tests were performed. Taking the corrugated angle and number of studs as variables, the bond-slip mechanism and interface shear transfer of the specimens were analyzed. The results showed that the failure modes of the specimens can be divided into bond-anchoring, bond-splitting, and concrete-crushing failures. The load-slip curves of the specimens mainly showed the rising, falling, and residual stages. The influence of the corrugated angle and number of studs was studied. It was found that the greater the number of studs, the more evident the improvement in the characteristic bond strength. Characteristic load calculation formulas for the studs and physical bonding strength were obtained. A bond-slip constitutive model of the interface of the corrugated-web PEC columns, considering the influence of the corrugated angle and stud, was proposed. The ABAQUS finite element software was used to analyze the entire testing process and verify the reliability of the proposed interface bond-slip constitutive and modeling method, which could provide a basis for relevant theoretical calculations and research.
