This paper investigates the allocation of resources in an integrated sensing and communication (ISAC) system, where multiple base stations (BSs) intend to communicate with multiple users or measure these users' locations. To achieve dynamic communication and localization, we adopt Kalman filter to integrate the measurements of different BSs and the spatio-temporal information of the user's movement in every time slot. We formulate an integer programming problem for realizing resource allocation, while taking the performance tradeoff of sensing and communication into account. Since traditional convex optimization methods can hardly solve the proposed integer programming problem effectively, we propose a greedy-based algorithm to obtian the optimal solution. In addition, the performance of our proposed algorithms is demonstrated by simulation results.
